Tennis Court Maintenance

Summary (Essential Functions): Tennis Court Maintenance is responsible for daily maintenance of courts and areas adjacent to courts.

Details: Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Water, roll, drag surface, and sweep lines of clay courts

• Blow debris, dust, and leaves from surface of hard courts, sidewalks, and other areas

• Maintain proper levels of materials on clay courts

• Empty trash bins

• Maintain and replenish court coolers, ice chests, and tennis shoe cleaners

• Blow and clean patio areas

• Keep Tennis Shop personnel and Tennis Professionals apprised of court conditions

• Perform any additional tasks needed to keep tennis courts and surrounding areas in good order

• Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will be reliable and comfortable working in a large group environment with a team mentality. Training will be provided on the job; no experience is required. Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club's mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.

Salary & Benefits: This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Competitive benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan after term of service requirements have been fulfilled.
