Ladies' Lounge Attendant

Cape Fear Country Club is seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented team member to provide exceptional and consistent food & beverage service to members and guests in the Ladies' Card Room & Lounge. • Provide an outstanding, engaging dining experience for our members and guests
• Be well informed of all menu offerings, including specials
• Provide prompt attention to all members and guests
• Be friendly, available and exceptional at all times
• Be knowledgeable and able to work point-of-sale
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Verify accuracy of all charges
• Keep tables, dining room, and wait station areas clean and neat
• Inform supervisor/manager of any complaints as soon as they occur
• Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
• Attend pre-shift line-up, menu tastings, and any other meetings as prescribed by management
• Consistently follow local laws, state laws, and Club policies and procedures for service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
