Sign-on Bonus: After 6 months of service, all employees receive sign-on bonuses as follows:

35+ hrs/wk - $1000

21 - 35 hrs/wk - $500

1 - 20 hrs/wk - $250

Summary (Essential Functions): Ensure all areas of the Club are clean and sanitary. Dust, clean, vacuum, sweep, and disinfect Club areas. Report any damage, burned-out bulbs, and plumbing problems to the Maintenance Director. Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and other minor repairs. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Director.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be able to meet certain physical requirements, including standing for long periods, walking, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available on weekends. One year of experience is required. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc. is a plus!

Qualified candidates will be reliable, professional, and able to successfully work in a team environment. Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club's mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.
