Child Watch Attendant

Summary (Essential Functions): Responsible for supervising babies, toddlers, and children of all ages during evening and weekend shifts, including themed events and parties. Attendants ensure the safety and well-being of all children while maintaining a fun and engaging environment.

Details: Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
•Provide excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills while meeting the needs of children
•Think independently and adapt to a dynamic environment, especially during weekend events and themed activities
•Supervise children's play activities and engage them in age-appropriate games and crafts
•Assist children with bathroom needs, including diaper changes and potty training
•Maintain a safe and clean facility at all times
•Work collaboratively as a team player, getting along well with coworkers, members, and children
•Order food and beverages for children and ensure accurate member billing
•Prepare accident and incident reports as needed
•Attend staff meetings and training sessions
•Complete other appropriate tasks assigned by the Youth Activities Coordinator
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of college and 6 months' related experience, and/or CPR Certifications. Candidates must be current on all immunizations. A passion for working with babies, toddlers, and children of all ages is required.
Candidates must be reliable, professional, and able to work evenings (no later than 9 PM) and weekends with flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and listening skills, the ability to think on their feet, and a commitment to providing excellent service. All candidates will contribute to the Club's mission to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our members and guests, with dedication and a personal touch.
